The Magnuse Malatu, or "Truth of Magnus," is an ancient book, of Ayleid origin. Besides the original, which is interred in Abaseli Magnuse, there are only two known copies. Both are in the hands of the Thalmor and well guarded.
The contents of this book are known only to the Thalmor, but it is believed to contain a variety of essential truths about the nature of magic and the design of Mundus.
